The price of your membership will be determined by a number of factors including proximity to trees, location, age of the roof, type of roof, access, and size. Leak Response Guarantee
When you become a member of our annual maintenance plan, we give you peace of mind. Upon our first inspection of your roof, we will give your roof a rating. If your roof qualifies, we will come fix any leak that you get free of charge while you are a member. Some conditions apply. A – Excellent
B – Great Condition
C – Good Condition
D – Average Condition
F – Poor Condition
*A, B, and C roofs quality for Leak Guarantee. D-rated roofs may be able to qualify through roof restoration. F-rated roofs should be replaced as soon as possible.
