Training
Unlike a lot of companies, we take training our team very seriously. Each of our technicians undergoes extensive safety training and workmanship training. Our goal is that any employee who wants to become a journeyman will have the ability to do so. We will not only support and train them one on one during work hours, but we will pay for schooling through the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC).
