Our Leak Investigation Checklist:
- Contact client/tenant on site.
- Inspect leak area inside the building.
- Ensure safe access to the roof & perform safety protocols.
- Investigate potential leak areas.
- Perform a temporary repair (If permanent is possible, we will do that)
- Schedule a follow up visit when the weather permits.
- Provide service report with your invoice.
